Eastern Screech Owls make their homes in tree cavities, where their camouflaged feathers help them disappear into the bark. From the treetops, they hunt at night for insects, small mammals, and frogs, relying on sharp senses and silent flight. Though small, they are skilled and efficient hunters of the forest.
